Great question Carol. There isn't a quick fix, but this is something you can overcome with dedicated work. I would recommend that you first spend time looking at why you are late to meetings and why you work late in the evenings. Next, develop goals that are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) and make an action plan with small steps to work toward your goal. Give yourself at least 3 weeks with your action plan and evaluate your progress. It might take longer than 3 weeks, but my experience is that it will take at least 3 weeks. If you would like assistance in developing your goals, let me know!

Thanks,
Laura Rolands

These are my time management challenges :
Are you always late to meetings? yes
Do you work too late in the evening? yes.
Now I am curious...How do you propose that I change these?
